| The aftercare program is for families who have completed any of our transitional housing or shelter programs. Its main objective is to smooth the transition to market-rate housing and help prevent a relapse into homelessness. Clients are able to access case manager support as they feel they need it. They are encouraged to participate in Life Skills classes and most other programs open to adult clients. Their children remain eligible for children’s program activities, and are encouraged to continue. |
